BSA Surveying

We provide a professional surveying service to identify, inspect and log details of the building services assets installed within a property. BSA generally utilises the Invida software package loaded onto an ipad so, where clients have purchased this, the information obtained will be loaded onto their M & E asset template sheets. If not then the details will be scheduled out in tabulated form to provide a comprehensive inventory of all the equipment found. This allows clients and their facility management teams to fully understand the extent of services installed to ensure that the required testing and maintenance regimes are in place for both compliance with relevant legislation and to ensure that equipment is being serviced and maintained correctly..

Asset Surveying

Visual non-intrusive inspection of the mechanical, electrical and public health services equipment and systems installed within a property along with obtaining the details and information on the item installed.

Documentation Review

Record drawings along with operating and maintenance information are inspected to identify the equipment and systems installed that cannot be identified from a visual inspection.

QR LABELLING

Affixing of QR labels to each item of equipment to give it a unique identification number allowing the engineers on site to quickly identify and bring up details on the equipment.
